If you don't mind some criticizing, I find strange the hands of the woman are lighter than the arm.
And the leaves of the tree are too compact, looks like casted plastic...
That doesn't reduce the quality of this good looking picture!

I am not very good at drawing trees either. I suppose you used some kind of brush, the leaves are all the same... Well, perhaps draw some leaves a bit more separated from the others, so they don't look so compact.
The left tree is quite OK, being more distant, it is more annoying in branch on the right of the picture.
